Rules of Admission
Admission Bachelor of Education (B. Ed.)
The college has a minority quota of 45 seats (50%) of the total seats. A separate admission test for these seats is conducted by the college itself as per U.P. Government orders.
Admission is granted to a candidate :
1. If he/she has passed the joint B.Ed. Entrance Examination conducted either by the University or the College (under minority quota).
2. He/she produces before the college admission committee the genuine copy of the letter of intimation
3. He/she submits true copies (attested) of his/her certificates, degrees and testimonials.
4. Medical Fitness Certificate by C.M.O. and two recent photographs.
5. T.C. and Migration Certificate in original, as the case may be.
6. Original copies of his/her all certificate, degrees and testimonials.
7. Weightage certificate and Caste certificate in original.
8. Fulfils all the other requirement prescribed by the university and the college.
B.Ed. Papers
The following papers are offered in B.Ed
Note: Under methods of Teaching Paper V & VI every candidate will be required to offer any two of the following paper:
a) Physical Science
b) Biological Science/Mathematics
c) Social Science
d) Language (Hindi/English)
e) Commerce
Practical Skills in Teaching
There shall be 50 marks for practice of teaching and sessional work out of which 150 marks will be allotted for internal assessment for both optional subject.
Examination Marks for B. Ed.
The examination marks for B. Ed is as follows.
1. Theory by means of written paper 600 marks.
2. Skill Practical Teaching 150 marks.
3. Internal Assessment for both optional subjects 50 marks.
Attendance
75% of attendance is compulsory in all the subjects separately. Any student falling short by a fraction beyond this percentage shall be detained and shall not be permitted to appear at the University examination. Students are, therefore, advised to remain very regular in attending their classes and keep vigilant to know that the percentage of attendance remains in order.
Home Examination & Tests
It is compulsory for every student to appear in Half Yearly Examination and Tests conducted by the college. Half yearly examination will be conducted between December 16, 2010 to January 15, 2011.
- No candidate will be granted admission against the University norms and rules.
- The Principal reserves the right to refuse admission without assigning any reason, no one can demand admission as a right.
- If any irregularities, concealment, distortion of facts of admitted students comes to light, the Principal would, by discretion, cancel such admission. May lodge an F.I.R. against the erring student or may take any such punitive action as he may deem fit.
- The college shall not admit any student whose case has been reported to the University for using or attempting to use unfair means in the examination conducted in the college or elsewhere. If any student gets admission without disclosing the fact that he/she had been caught using unfair means in examination, his/her admission shall be cancelled as and when the matter comes to knowledge of the principal an F.I.R. may be lodged against him/her.
- Students who have failed or dropped in the university examination will not be re-admitted.
- Students who have been found indulging in activities prejudicial to law and order and good discipline within the college campus or outside shall not be admitted in the college.
- Students completing one Post-Graduate course from this college shall not be eligible for admission to another Post-Graduate course in this college.

- 5th Subject I Optional 100 Marks (Methods of Teaching).
- 6th Subject II Optional 100 Marks(Methods of Teaching).
